Yes, we will provide a notarized invitation letter with the Special Event code, along with the information letter issued by IRCC only to the International participants.

The notarized invitation letter is typically processed within 2 business days.

If you need to make a correction on an issued notarized invitation letter, there will be a charge of USD $70.

Initiate the visa application process. Once completed, kindly provide us with the Visa Application Number so we can submit it to the IRCC for review.
